Shipping policy

We ship all orders using Shiprocket, which connects us to trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and more. This ensures fast and reliable delivery across India.

1. Delivery Timeline

•  Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

•  Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

•  Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or high demand.

2. Shipping Charges

•  Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹700

•  Standard Shipping Fee: ₹100 for orders below ₹699

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

•  COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000

•  A nominal COD fee of ₹30 may apply

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to 24,000+ pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to offer alternatives or a full refund.

7. Delays & Exceptions

In case of delays, we’ll proactively notify you and offer updates. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement.
